Greenlane Biogas is pleased to announce the appointment of Noel Davies as the company’s Chairman of the Board effective May 9th, 2013.  Mr. Davies has a long history of involvement in specialized engineering and industrial companies, both as a senior manager,  board member and board chairman.  His skills and experience further strengthen Greenlane’s global leadership in the rapidly growing biomethane market, and will help accelerate the company’s progress towards its strategic priorities.

During Mr. Davies’ 20 years of board level experience, he has successfully led several businesses in a number of areas including strategic planning, systems implementation, senior staff mentorship, business growth, and international expansion.  Mr. Davies is a past winner of the Manufacturing and Distribution category of the Ernst & Young New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year Award. We welcome Noel Davies to Greenlane and have no doubt he will make a valuable contribution to the company.
