Like many companies that were affected during economic downturn, the company Rob worked for in senior management went bankrupt. At first he just started looking for a job but he was being drawn to an idea he had a few months before. Not having a job gave him an opportunity to think about and look into the possibilities that may exist to take this idea from concept to reality. He started to do some research and ask others what they thought of his idea and he got very positive feedback. That prompted him to write a business plan. At the beginning of the year his wife asked him whether he was going to pursue his idea or whether he was going to get a job. He and his wife talked about it and decided to give the idea a year to see what happens.
Rob states that he could not do anything that was not purposeful and helped other people. By giving his idea a chance and following the opportunities his crystalline moments have created he is now able to help people purchase the homes of their dreams. One of the major problems for people purchasing homes is coming up with the down payment. He now helps them find the programs that can get them into their dream home.
There are hundreds of programs available for down payment assistance that many people are not aware of. So now he has taken a simple idea he came up with and is transforming people’s lives by helping them get into their homes with the use of down payment assistance programs.
His journey to this dream is an interesting story of paying attention to how things fall into place when you are on the right path and when you need to change direction. If he had not seen the opportunities his crystalline moments presented, his life would not have taken the path it did, and he would not be helping thousands of people be able to purchase their dream homes.
Are you looking for help with the down payment for a home? Would you like to understand how you know when you are on the right path? Rob’s life story can help with both of those entirely different questions.
