One person is dead and two injured when cement truck collides with two passenger vehicles

The driver of a cement truck is dead and two women were injured in accident which occurred on Wednesday morning.

The accident took place on Route 202 when a cement truck, driven by Vidal J. Torres-Merced, collided with two passenger vehicles, according to The Star Ledger.

The cement truck driver had to be extricated from his vehicle and was flown to a nearby hospital where he died of his injuries later that afternoon.

Both of the drivers of the passenger cars were injured. An unidentified 24 year old woman also had to be extricated from her vehicle, but the extent of her injuries is not known. The 53 year-old female driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital but was released later that afternoon.

Investigators spent most of Wednesday trying to determine the cause of the accident.

Accidents involving heavy trucks can be destructive to life and property. These victims will need a expert working on their case. By hiring a truck accident attorney, the victim can be sure that they will have an advantage if their case goes to court.

Truck accident lawyers have special experience in dealing with cases of this nature. If an injury victim is seeking to obtain maximum compensation they will find that no one is as qualified to build their case as a truck accident attorney
