After a 5-year engagement, Drew Carey and Nicole Jaracz have split. A rep for the Price Is Right host says he will continue to help raise Jaracz’s 6-year-old son from a previously relationship. Carey, 53, refers to Connor as his son and even credited the child with inspiring him to lose weight in 2010.
"He and Nicole still have a great deal of love and affection for one another. He will still be very involved with their son's life,” the rep told People magazine in a statement.
No other details were available. Carey popped the question in October 2007.
Carey was not the only celebrity to announce a break up this week. Project Runway host Heidi Klum and singer Seal confirmed Monday they are calling it quits after 7 years of marriage. The couple has three children together – Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2. Seal also adopted Klum’s 7-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
