Divorce isn’t easy for anyone. There are so many issues to deal with both emotionally and practically.
Divorce lawyers can work on the practical issues leaving the spouses free to handle the various emotions that go along with dissolution.
The couple must decide how to split up their assets and property and who to determine the custody of any children. These issues can be contentious and often need a reasonable third party to help them make these crucial decisions. A
divorce attorney can be that voice of reason and guide the couple through the critical decision making process.
