Lindsay Lohan is said to be considering legal action against RadarOnline.com for reporting she appeared to be “loaded” at a SAG Awards after-party last weekend. TMZ reports the troubled actress, who has struggled with addiction and done several stints in jail, has met with her lawyers over the report.
The report was published Tuesday, January 31 and included quotes from alleged eyewitnesses. Sources claims she “appeared to be loaded” and repeatedly went to the restroom with an unidentified male friend.
Lohan has not commented on the rumors. She is currently on probation in a jewelry theft case. She must complete court ordered community service and therapy sessions in an allotted time frame or face a 270 day jail sentence.
