“Super Users” are the boon of legal internet marketing firms and can greatly increase a business’s presence on the web.
Super users account for a quarter of social media users according to survey conducted by the Pew Research Center. These super users are more likely to share more pages and posts with their friends. Pew determined that the 43 percent of the people surveyed fell into at least one category of super users, which include “Like”-ing content, sharing photographs, friend requests and tagging posts, as reported by Brafton News.
Legal internet marketing firms should target super users who “Like” pages frequently. This gives the business more exposure by reaching the users list of friends.
Pew also determined that women updated their statuses more often than men and found that the average user adds seven new friends each week.
Study after study has shown that people make their consumer decisions based on search and the opinions of their friends.
Facebook is projected to have one billion users by August, making them crucial to legal internet marketing. But Facebook isn’t the only social media site that attracts super users; Google+ and Twitter are slowly gaining preference.
Social media has become an important part of a person’s life and businesses should take note. It is obvious that a business can no longer ignore social media when marketing online and must learn to integrate this tool into their legal internet marketing platforms well into the future.
