Be a Part of the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Kick-off Session at Macomb Community College in Clinton Township
Bob Herrera, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Ralph Nichols Group, to appear at Macomb Community College on October 9th from 6:00pm – 9:30pm. He will give a preview of the proven sales techniques using Dale Carnegie’s methodology that has helped thousands of people drastically increase their sales.
That night, Bob will outline the 8-week Sales Advantage Course that covers such topics as: increasing self-confidence, improving communications skills, mastering the Dale Carnegie sales process, strengthening customer relationships, uncovering opportunities, cold calling and maintaining a winning attitude. The kick-off session begins on October 9th with the following 8 sessions conducted on consecutive Mondays.
Bob Herrera is a Multi course Dale Carnegie Instructor with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. As an instructor, Herrera has experience in training individuals to develop their talent in sales, communication, leadership, and human relations in pursuit of their career and personal goals. Areas of expertise include vision development, presentation skills, goal setting, the sales process, effective communication, customer service, and relationship management.
