Justin Morneau skips Derby

There will be a new champion this year at the home run derby.  Recently Justin Morneau a slugger for the Minnesota Twins has declined an invitation to participate in the All-Star Game event.  This event will take place on Monday in St. Louis.  He explained that he wanted to rest and would prefer to watch.  Last year Justin Morneau won the competition at Yankee Stadium.
