It was a big weekend for The Civil Wars’ Joy Williams. The singer debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at the Grammys and later picked up awards for best folk album and best country duo/group performance along with band mate John Paul White.
Williams announced her pregnancy last Friday on Twitter. The baby will be the first child for Williams, 29, and husband Nate Yetton. “Beyond elated to share that [husband] Nate [Yetton] & I are expecting our first child in late June!!! My baby bump & I will see you on the red carpet,” she wrote.
The Civil Wars released their first album, Barton Hollow, in February 2011. They collaborated with Taylor Swift and T-Bone Burnett on the single Safe and Sound for the upcoming Hunger Games film.
