TrizCom Signs ACES A/C SUPPLY NORTH

TrizCom, a Dallas-based public relations company, welcomes ACES A/C SUPPLY NORTH as its newest client.

Family owned and operated since it was founded in 1983, ACES has built a reputation in the HVAC industry as a trustworthy company that treats its customers like family.

“We like doing business the old-school way – the way my father, Wayne Shearer, did when he founded ACES – over coffee or lunch with a handshake at the end. When you do business with us, you know what you’re getting,” said Michelle Shearer-Rodriguez, president of ACES A/C SUPPLY NORTH. “That was the neat thing about me taking over the business for my father. I knew that if I treated people the same way he did, I would be successful. I got my degree from Texas A&M University, but I got my education from Wayne.”

Shearer-Rodriguez says her father retired a few years ago after more than 50 years of working in the HVAC industry. He served in a variety of roles working for other HVAC companies and decided to create ACES because he wanted to become a distributor.

“As a distributor, he could offer quality products, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service, and he could help HVAC dealers grow their businesses,” said Shearer-Rodriguez. “These components are still an integral part of us – they represent who we are as a company and what we stand for.”

Although Shearer is retired now, other family members continue his legacy. Family employees include Shearer-Rodriguez and her husband Abel Rodriguez, ACES vice president and CFO, and his brother Phillip Rodriguez, vice president of sales in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

“It can be difficult for families to work together as closely as we do, but for us, it’s not. No matter what role we serve in, each of us has our strengths, and we work as a team to accomplish what needs to be done. We provide a good balance for each other, and we all work hard to make sure our dealers are successful,” said Abel Rodriguez.
