Bobby Brown says his 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina is “doing much better” in the wake of her mother’s death. Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized twice over the weekend shortly after Whitney Houston was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Insiders said the teen was suffering from severe anxiety.
"My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better," Brown told ABC News late Tuesday. "We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother’s death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected."
An invitation-only funeral service and burial for Houston is scheduled for Saturday in Newark, New Jersey, a spokesperson for the Whigham Funeral Home has confirmed. The ceremony will begin at noon at New Hope Baptist Church, Houston’s childhood church.
