Cairo & Abu Simbel 02 Days Trip By Flight From Sharm

Fly to Cairo from Sharm el Sheikh and make the most of your time in this world famous city. Following your flight to Cairo, your Egyptologist guide will introduce you to the history of the pyramids. You will have time to enter one of the pyramids (additional cost), but your guide is not permitted to escort you. A short drive across the plateau finds you standing at the feet of the enigmatic Sphinx. Also in Giza you may visit the Solar Boat Museum (optional), home to the remarkably well preserved funerary boat of Khufu. Lunch en route then continue to Cairo's famous Egyptian Museum houses 165,000 Egyptian artifacts, but the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamun are the highlight. His six gilded coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the star attraction. You will have the chance to visit a Papyrus Institute to see how the famous artwork is made before going to Cairo hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Abu Simbel Temples

In the early morning you will be transferred from your hotel in Cairo to Cairo airport for flight to Abu Simbel where you will be met & transferred to see the Magic Temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramesses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramesses II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramesses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Then you will be transferred to Aswan airport for flight back to Sharm airport and transfer back to hotel.
