Stephon Marbury may go overseas

Recently Stephon Marbury told the Post that he will not be returning to the Boston Celtics.  As a result he said that Europe is a likely option.  Stephon Marbury who is now 32 said he is talking to teams in three different European countries.  His goal is to finalize an overseas offer if a strong NBA offer does not come along soon.

The Boston Celtics stated that because of acquiring Rasheed Wallace they will not resign Marbury.  Marbury also realizes that because he’s not played that much that he does not have much bargaining room.  “If I have to give it overseas, I’ll give it overseas.  I like the Europe option to bring the Starbury sneaker brand there and sponsor soccer players” said Marbury.
