MediPro, Inc. Attends Georgia Podiatric Medical Association 15th Annual Georgia Summit

MediPro’s Q&A Forum allowed physicians to openly interact and exchange ideas

MediPro, Inc., an Atlanta based distributor of SuiteMed IMS, Lytec Practice Management and Lytec MD software solutions, showcased their award-winning medical software among approximately 280 Podiatrists and Podiatric assistant attendees at the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association’s (GPMA) Fifteenth Annual Georgia Summit.

The GPMA Summit was held at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta, Ga. on Feb. 16-18, 2012. This was MediPro’s eighth year participating as a premier vendor. However, this year’s Summit was even more special because MediPro presented the “Top 5 Electronic Health Record (EHR) Adoption Barriers” in a standing room only Breakfast and Learn seminar held on Friday morning. The purpose of the seminar was to inform physicians about EHR adoption and demonstrate how the use of technology will enhance their practice. MediPro’s National Sales Manager, Dana Deardorff was the key speaker at the Breakfast and Learn.

“One of our immediate goals is to educate Georgia physicians on the importance of utilizing medical software technology to increase efficiency and streamline daily practice operations,” said Deardorff. “We feel the meeting was a tremendous success as the physicians were able to openly interact in a Q & A forum and exchange ideas to position their practice for future growth opportunities with MediPro.”

MediPro plans to attend next year’s GPMA Summit in Georgia and present even more dynamic medical software options.
