The driver of the tractor-trailer that hit Cash has charges pending. His identity has not been released, but police said he was from Georgia.

Cash’s garage has been operating for over 50 years and has a large base of repeat customers.

Truck accidents often end in serious injury or death. Sometimes the deceased are the primary breadwinners for their family and the loss of their loved-one can put an unnecessary financial burden on them. When a family decides that they want to seek compensation, they are advised to retain an experienced truck accident attorney.

A truck accident lawyer has the necessary skills and knowledge to assure the injury victims are awarded a favorable settlement.  Because they specialize in accidents involving large commercial vehicles, truck accident attorneys are qualified to negotiate with insurance companies or build a strong court case.
