Look people in the eye

One of the first things that have been stressed to us from youth was to always look people in the eye and, upon greeting, shake their hand in a firm positive manner. Be Open Minded

Oftentimes forgotten as we settle into our social niches, one of the greatest lessons we can be taught is to be open-minded. Nonetheless, we all received fair warning that women can be the downfall of some of the greatest men on the planet. Indeed, we have come to agree they can be dangerous.

Never allow anyone to put you down

This lesson is significant because it builds the confidence to stay ambitious and to keep fighting for our goals. On the journey to success there will be various valleys and peaks, but remember what your father told you from a young age—NEVER stop believing.

Expect to work hard

Our instant gratification generation may have missed this lesson. The Elite have been taught to never expect a handout and anticipate hard work if success is the goal. Discipline is key and having a great work ethic is the essential to life. Very few are lucky enough to attain success from complacency.

Be careful whom you associate yourself with

Your friends should directly reflect you and the goals you wish to attain. If there is a disconnect between your close friends, it might be time to get some new ones. You are who you surround yourself with. Be prudent and choose wisely.

Keep your word

One of the things many people forget in our modern day society is just how valuable our word really is. When you make an agreement, it is essential that you stick to it. Before the days of contract, there were just oral agreements and men were expected to keep their word. No one respects someone who is unreliable.
