On February 1, 2012, HubShout's Rochester staff moved into newly renovated office space on Sager Drive.

In 2011, HubShout Rochester's office reached capacity and management began the search for a space to accommodate the growing staff. HubShout learned that Norbut Construction was working in cooperation with the City of Rochester's Office of Economic Development to revitalize a long-neglected area in Rochester. After several meetings with Norbut Construction, HubShout leased office space in the building on Sager Drive.
Due to the popularity of the white label SEO reseller program, HubShout anticipates the need to hire more account managers and online marketing analysts in 2012. The new office space is more than adequate to accommodate the growing company.
