Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share. The cash dividend will be payable on Sept. 1, 2009, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 14, 2009. Cliffs Natural Resources is an international mining and natural resources company. Largest producer of iron ore pellets in North America, a major supplier of direct-shipping lump and fines iron ore out of Australia and a significant producer of metallurgical coal.
