Citigroup Inc.'s reshuffled management team will have a lot of questions to answer when the bank's second-quarter earnings are announced on July 17. At the moment it's not clear if former CFO Edward "Ned" Kelly or new CFO John Gerspach will be leading the earnings call. The latest C-suite management changes highlight the uncertainties still surrounding the bank in spite of the operating revenue stability that the government's bailouts have brought, according to DealBook.
