Christian Drug Treatment Gaining Popularity With Pastors

Pastors Turning to Treatment Centers for Help With Parishoners

Christian drug treatment is gaining popularity with pastors, for the simple reason that these men and women understand that God's love and grace help people who are struggling with addiction. Addiction is a devastating disease, but when addicts combine faith and determination, they are able to conquer their addiction.

Christian drug treatment offers addicts hope at a time when many believe all hope is lost for them. God does not abandon anyone, rather, He meets them where they are and guides them to a brighter day. Through daily prayer and intensive Bible study, addicts in a Christian rehab program study what God has in store for them. Addicts in Christian drug treatment centers find themselves growing in their faith, while at the same time, strengthening their physical and emotional health. The Bible says, in Mark 10:27, "Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.'"

Pastors are the heart of the Christian community, and many are seeing firsthand how Christian drug treatment is making a positive impact among addicts. Every day, people struggling with an addiction to drugs or alcohol come to their pastors asking for guidance and help. And every day, pastors talk to addicts about how Christian drug treatment could make their journey to recovery possible. Pastors know that Christian drug treatment works.  Faith is defined as believing in something that one cannot see or hear. The Bible says, in Psalm 36:5, "Your Love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies."

God's love and faith in all His children never fails, and Christian drug treatment works hard to help addicts in recovery develop a meaningful, personal relationship with God.
