Hapari Swimwear is happy to officially welcome Catey Ball, the winner of Hapari’s “Top” Model Contest to the Hapari Family.
The busy mother of 8, with child number 9 on the way, recently attended a Florida photo shoot to model Hapari’s 2012 swimsuit line.
“It was a fabulous trip, a completely amazing experience,” Ball said. “I have loved Hapari's suits since I first found them, but love them so much more knowing the people behind it all. If it's possible-I love them all more than the suits! They are such wonderful wonderful people!”
Ball is an accomplished runner, tri-athlete and a well- known Mommy Blogger in the Salt Lake area. Her blog, RandomThoughtsFromTheZoo, was voted one of the top 2011 top big family blogs.
“Catey is not only a model on our website, but she’s been on TV with us as well,” say owners John Curry, Jill Carson, and Makay Tautu. “We had a ton of fun with her at our photo shoot and could not be happier to have her with the Hapari family.”
Ball was chosen out of 135 total contestants in a contest that began in July 2011. For two months, contestants sent in their best swimsuit pictures which were then placed on Hapari’s Facebook page. In the first round, each contestant promoted her own entry to gain the most attention or “likes. Out of three finalists, Ball received more than 350 public “likes,” and was named the winner.
Hapari’s relationship with Ball will continue to grow and Hapari is excited to follow Ball’s pursuits as a mother, athlete, blogger and model.
