The first Jersey Shore baby is on its way! After weeks of avoiding pregnancy and engagement rumors, Nicole Polizzi has confirmed she is pregnant and engaged to her boyfriend Jionni LaValle. The Jersey Shore star reveals she first learned of her pregnancy “right after New Year’s.” She is currently 15 weeks along.
"We can officially confirm that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is pregnant and engaged to her boyfriend Jionni LaValle. Nicole is thrilled to finally be able to share her happy news with her fans,” Polizzi’s rep tells People magazine.
For anyone concerned about how Snooki’s famous partying is going mix with motherhood, the reality star says she has “different priorities now.” “I don’t care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I’m ready and he’s ready,” Snooki, 24, tells Us Weekly magazine.
"We are not going to screw this up,” LaValle, 24, adds.
As for Snooki’s future on Jersey Shore, an MTV rep tells People “no decision has been made yet on a sixth season” of the show. "We wish Nicole a healthy and happy pregnancy and congratulate her on her engagement. We support her as she starts this new chapter of her life,” the rep adds.
