BA - 1,000 Job Losses to be Cut by Boeing Company, Because of Pentagon Budget Cuts

Dow Jones reported that The Boeing Company's Integrated Defense Systems, has told employees that the unit will have to cut about 1,000 jobs because of Pentagon budget cuts. There has been no decision on how many of the cuts will affect the Puget Sound region, with 7,000 IDS employees, and Boeing hasn't given a timetable for the cuts.
