Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Four Other 9/11 Suspects Boycott Military Hearing in Guantanamo Bay

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind behind the Sept. 11 attacks on American soil, along with four others suspected of involvement in the attacks, have boycotted a U.S. military court hearing in Guantanamo Bay.

The judge in the hearing has already ruled that three of the five men, one being Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, would not be allowed to speak in court.

Thursday’s hearing was meant to focus on medical reports on two of the five suspects and prosecutors have said they would bring those two to court by “all necessary means.”

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has admitted guilt in the Sept. 11 attacks, saying he was responsible for the events that transpired.
