In an appearance on Tuesday’s Good Morning America, rejected Bachelor contestant Lindzi Cox explained why she skipped the After the Final Rose special and opened up about what she thinks of Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson as a couple.
“Ben and Courtney came out and it was a pretty emotional go they had. I think it was tough for them. I'm in a good place. I don't really need my closure. I think Ben has bigger things to worry about, so we just decided that I'd play another day,” she said of not appearing on After the Final Rose.
As for what she thinks of the couple, Cox said she can see now why Ben picked Courtney. "When I watch it on TV, I could see why he's with [Courtney]. They really did have a solid connection,” she explained.
The 27-year-old business development manager admits being dumped was tough, but says she is “in a good place” and wishes Ben well."At the end of the day, yeah maybe it was tough for a little bit, but he made a decision, it was what's best for him, and I respect that,” Cox added. “I wish him nothing but the best."
