Miami Heat Weighing Options for Lamar Odom, Carlos Boozer

The Miami Heat are said to be looking into acquiring either Los Angeles Lakers free agent Lamar Odom or Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer. While the Heat are said to be interested in the two stars they have not entered discussions with either player.

News about the Heat interest came as Pat Riley addressed season-ticket holders during a two-day session to discuss the team’s goals for the upcoming season.

Riley told the ticket holders that the option of acquiring both Odom and Boozer wasn’t out of the question. Odom’s talks with the Lakers has stalled following a disagreement concerning the length of  a contract while Boozer is scheduled to become a free-agent next year and the jazz could be looking to move the forward before he enters the market.
