Lindsay Lohan may find herself facing another round of legal issues after lightly grazing a 26-year-old man and his car this morning in a Los Angeles parking lot. The troubled actress was leaving the Sayers Club in her Porsche when the accident happened. Although a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said the man was not injured, multiple reports say the man now claims he is hurt and has hired an attorney.
"Early this morning, it appears Lindsay Lohan was cornered in a narrow parking lot by paparazzi and she grazed another vehicle in her attempt to get away," LAPD spokesperson Richard French tells People magazine. "Officers responded, and when they got there the owner of the car said there was no injury or damage to his vehicle. This is an extremely minor case."
Lohan, 25, could face hit and run charges for leaving the scene of the accident before police arrived. Her rep has not commented. Lohan is currently on probation in her jewelry theft case.
