Heavy rains in the southern Pakistani city of Karachi are being blamed for at least 26 deaths and mass flooding in low-lying areas.
Officials have said the majority of deaths were caused by collapsing walls and electrocution but there have also been reports of drowning.
The city was devastated by monsoon rains that struck Saturday and due to a poor drainage system large portions of Karachi sustained flooding, putting added pressure on already unstable structures.
