Carbon Sciences Inc. (OTCBB: CABN) recently commended the United States House of Representatives for passing a sweeping climate change bill that will significantly change the energy landscape of the world.
"The American Clean Energy and Security Act is a critical step towards bringing our country up-to-date with the green revolution.
