Ben Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault by Andrea McNulty

A woman identified has Andrea McNulty claims Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in a hotel room. In a lawsuit filed in Nevada, McNulty alleges that Roethlisberger lured her into a hotel room in July 2008 and forced her to have sex with him.

McNulty, a casino employee, is suing the NFL star for sexual assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress.

Roethlisberger denies the allegations. “The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct,” his lawyer says.
