Judge dismissed SEC complaint against Mark Cuban

Recently a federal judge dismissed the SEC complaint against Mark Cuban, who is the owner of the Dallas Mavericks.  This was a civil insider trading lawsuit.  The SEC claimed that Mark Cuban was involved in insider trading secrets when he sold shares in an internet search engine company.  According to the SEC, they believe Cuban avoided a loss of $750, 000 by selling his 600,000 shares.  This represented a 6.3% stake in the company.  Cuban lawyers are now arguing that he was not getting insider information.
