Ben Roethlisberger was recently accused of sexual assault. Andrea McNulty a Harrah’s Lake employee claimed that the Pittsburg Steelers quarterback lured her into a hotel room, and then sexually assaulted her. In McNulty’s civil lawsuit that was filed in Washoe County, Nevada it states that the alleged incident occurred in July 2008. She explains further how she was lured and then forced to have sex with him.
Andrea McNulty is suing for sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress. Ben denies all allegations. He says he was in Nevada at the time of the alleged incident at a celebrity golf tournament.
