Hilary Duff is now the proud mom of a healthy baby boy. The actress announced the birth of Luca Cruz on Twitter.
"Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy," she tweeted.
"We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world," Duff added. "He is surrounded by so much love!! Mom and baby are both doing extremely well."
Luca is the first child for Duff and husband Mike Comrie. The former Disney star announced her pregnancy in August just days after celebrating her first wedding anniversary with Comrie. “We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives,” Duff, 24, wrote on her official website.
