Hit-and-run accident takes the life of two adults and seriously injures 2 year-old in Colorado

Frisco, CO- Two adults were killed and one 2 year-old child was injured following a hit-and-run accident on I-70 eastbound in Frisco, Colorado.

Colorado State Patrol said they are looking for a red Toyota Corolla, seen fleeing the accident scene traveling eastbound.

According to the police’s initial findings the Toyota was involved in the accident which caused a Chevy Blazer, carrying five passengers, to lose control and rollover just before 11 a.m. this morning.

Two adults in the blazer were pronounced dead on the scene. A 2 year-old with critical injuries was airlifted to a local hospital. Two other adult passengers in the blazer were also seriously injured.

Police don’t think the Corolla actually hit the Blazer, but believes their actions caused the fatal collision.

The families of people killed in traffic accidents not only have to deal with grief, but they are also forced to deal with medical and funeral costs. And an accident attorney knows that money obtained from a lawsuit won’t heal their pain, but it can give them some relief from any ensuing financial difficulties.

In many instances, the victims of a traffic accident have a long recovery and can also become disabled, but an accident lawyer will fight for their rights as the injured.

These victims should not have to shoulder the burden of their medical care if their injuries were caused by another’s carelessness. An accident attorney will hold the negligent parties accountable for their actions.
