Build Your Success Muscles

When you are feeling uncomfortable and stuck, the best thing to do is to take action. This is how you build your success muscles. Your success muscles are nothing more than building successful habits. To build strong, powerful success muscles you need to take action when you least feel like it. This will do wonders for building your success muscles. Here are your success muscle exercises:

1) Write down what you want.

2) Write down the steps you need to take to get what you want.

3) Write down what actions you can do every day to get you on your way toward your goal.

4) Take action on your daily steps.

5) Take action every day for at least 30 days.

The last step may seem strange, but studies have shown that it takes 30 days to build a habit. At this point the action is ingrained into you and it will no longer seem difficult. In times when you feel unmotivated, taking action towards what you want is the best way to get your motivation juices flowing.

What makes this work? It changes your focus. Instead of focusing on why things aren't going to work, you focus on actions that will generate results in getting what you want. You instantly start to feel better. Any time you feel unmotivated or have some type of fear lurking in your mind, ask yourself: "What action can I take right now to fix this?" Then do it right away.

The best thing you can do is to make a decision and take action, even if the action flat-out fails. That's because you will be actively learning. To fully learn something you must experience it. Remember that a failure is invaluable because it can steer you in the right direction. You could watch all the videos, read all the books, and go to all the seminars on the topic of tying your shoes, but if you physically engage and experience the process of tying your own shoes, then you will learn on a whole new level.

Taking daily action toward your goal will build your success muscles. As you learn and make progress, your motivation will increase. With time you will learn that you are unstoppable. But to learn this you must experience it.
