Deal sites often require a contract or agreement to be made with the merchant they are working with. This contract can become quite costly for the merchants running a deal. ADit Deals does not require a contract with merchants that run an ADit Deal promotion, but instead allows the merchant to be in control of their deal.
In these contracts with merchants, most daily deal site likes Groupon, Living Social, Scoutmob, or Loclly establish that they are going to take either a percentage of the sales made from the deals, or charge the merchant for every deal that is redeemed; ADit Deals does neither. ADit Deals instead charges a flat fee of $100 to run a deal in which no percentage of sales is taken from the merchant, or any charge incurred when a deal is redeemed. The payment for an ADit Deal goes directly from the customer to the merchant. ADit Deals does not require any kind of partnership or contract with the merchant.Other Daily Deal sites in these agreements with merchants also restrict the amount of deals that a merchant can run at the same time. ADit Deals encourages merchants to run as many deals as they want to promote the product or service they are providing. There are no restrictions on how many deals a merchant can run, and there are no restrictions on running an ADit Deal while a merchant is running a deal with another site. ADit Deals does not hold merchants back from promoting their products and services the way they want to.
With an ADit Deal Merchants can run a deal without having to pay out a percentage of the sales from their deal. The merchant also can run as many deals as they want, while running promotions elsewhere. ADit Deals does not restrict how merchants run their daily deal; they run their ADit Deal, pay a flat fee of $100, and keep all the money they make from sales.
