A suicide attack in northern Afghanistan on Wednesday left 9 people dead and at least 23 others wounded. The International Security Assistance Force confirmed NATO personnel are among the dead.
The attack happened at a vegetable market in Maimanah, the capital of Faryab province, where NATO service members and Afghan security officials were gathered.
