Kate Moss has gone through a year of high profile scandals that have included allegations of cocaine use; and her on-again off-again relationship with Babyshambles lead singer Pete Doherty.
Moss displayed a phoenix-like ability to rise from her own misfortunes and become more of a phenomenon than before. After being dropped by nearly every ad campaign and modeling agencies doing everything they could to distance themselves from her, Moss came back bigger than ever and is said to have tripled her annual earnings.
Editor of Campaign magazine, Claire Beale, said of the 32-year-old Moss “In advertising, I can't think of anybody who has had the kind of longevity or been associated with the variety of brands that Moss has. Most celebrities ally themselves with at most two brands.”
