Julia Roberts will be presenting George Clooney with an American Cinematheque Award, an annual award celebrating the movie industry’s top players.
The tribute will air on the cable network AMC on December 13th and feature appearances by Noah Wyle, Don Cheadle, John Cusack, Salma Hayek, and other stars who have shared the screen with the 45-year-old actor.
Clooney won an Oscar as Best Supporting Actor in for his work in “Syriana.”
The AMC special will review a career that continues to produce blockbuster hits at the box office. Clooney has starred in “Ocean’s Eleven” and “Ocean’s Twelve”,
Clooney made his directorial debut in 2002’s “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind.” The film will make its AMC network premier after the tribute.
