Here are some essentials in every healthy eating plan:
1) Cut back on beverages and foods with added sugars.
2) Choose whole-grain, high fiber foods over others.
3) Be physically active. Aim to use up as many calories as you take in.
4) Healthy eating plans should include some lean meats and poultry without the skin, which contains most of the fat. Try preparing them without added preservatives and saturated fats.
Eating right isn’t exactly rocket science. You just need to get the basics right and healthy eating plans do exactly that.
