Healthy eating guidelines are exactly that, guidelines to eat healthy foods. They are there to promote good health through proper dietary habits. Registered dietitian, Jayson Hunter reveals some very useful insights on healthy eating guidelines. He believes that healthy eating guidelines are not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love.

Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping your self as healthy as possible – all which can be achieved by following some simple healthy eating guidelines which teach us the basics of proper nutrition and they can incorporated into our everyday life.
