Board of Directors of Bank of America recently announced that there will be quarterly cash dividends available to common stock of $0.01 per share, payable on September 25, 2009, to shareholders of record as of September 4, 2009.

There will also be a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.75 per share on the 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B, the Company’s board further declares. The dividend is payable on October 23, 2009 to shareholders of record as of October 9, 2009.
