Academic Summer Camp Succeeds Where Schools Fail

Parents are finding that academic summer camps, such as Quantum Learning Network's SuperCamp, are helping instill a love of learning in their kids; something that schools are not able to do.

While schools and teachers battle to survive amid budget cuts, growing class sizes, and other state and federal-mandated demands, SuperCamp's
summer enrichment programs provide students with a positive, inspiring and motivating learning environment.

Additionally, facilitators in SuperCamp's pre-teen and
teen summer camps make it a priority to give individual attention to each camper, which includes orchestrating many mini-success moments over the course of the 10-day programs in order to build their confidence and self-esteem.

SuperCamp's methods of learning and teaching have been developed, tested and honed over 28 years. Based on brain-based research and proven accelerated learning methods, SuperCamp's instruction has achieved impressive results as documented in several studies, including a major piece of independent research with over 6,000 SuperCamp graduates.

Parents are realizing that SuperCamp's summer program fills a void in their students' academic and personal development. The enrichment gained from 10 days at SuperCamp and the year-round follow-up helps better prepare high school students for college and middle school students for high school. SuperCamp also offers a
college skills program for current and incoming college students.

Programs for summer 2009 begin as late as August 15, so parents still have an opportunity to register their son or daughter into a camp at one of seven colleges where SuperCamp is held.
