The two new loan processors for mortgage loans that joined the company in March are Teresa Haussner and Lesa Howard. Both have been in the mortgage lending industry for 15+ years and are adept at working with both banks and mortgage brokers. Beyond exceptional customer service, their skills include processing loans, setting up files, drawing up documents, funding files, and working knowledge of underwriting.
