Todd Genger, Goldman Sachs Lawyer, Arrested for Soliciting Sex with 15 Yr Old

A lawyer for Goldman Sachs was arrested Monday in a sting operation aimed at men who solicit young girls for sex using the Internet. Sachs, 33, is charged with attempting to elicit sex with a minor and trying to disseminate indecent material to a minor.

Police in Westchester County, New York caught Genger after the married father of three started talking with an undercover investigator posing as a teen in a chat room. The investigator was posing as a 15-year-old girl and made it clear she was underage. The online conversations began April 13 and ended Monday when Genger traveled to Westchester to meet the girl for sex.

Genger is due in court August 11. If convicted, he faces up to 4 years in prison.
