NBA scores and highlights from Wednesday night

Hedo Turkoglu hit the game winner with time expiring and the Orlando Magic (3-2) won at home, beating the Seattle Supersonics (1-4) 88-87. Turkoglu finished with 18 on the night as did Jameer Nelson for the Magic. Ray Allen led Seattle with 21 points.
 
Gilbert Arenas shot 14-20 from the field and finished with 40 points as the Washington Wizards (2-2) rolled over the Indiana Pacers (3-2) 117-91. The Wizards shot 51.8 percent on the night while the Pacers shot just under 39 percent. Al Harrington finished with 23 points for Indiana.

With 6.1 seconds left in the game Chris Bosh hit a go ahead three pointer leading the Toronto Raptors (2-2) to a 106-104 win over the Philadelphia 76ers (3-2). Bosh finished with 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Allen Iverson had 35 points and 10 assists for the 76ers who have now dropped two games in a row.

Delonte West hit the game winner at the buzzer in overtime as the Boston Celtics (1-3) won for the first time this year beating the Charlotte Bobcats (1-3) 110-108. Paul Pierce and Wally Szczerbiak both finished with 35 points and accounted for half of all Celtics shots. Emeka Okafor had 28 points and 18 rebounds in a losing effort.
 
Vince Carter had 30 points and 8 rebounds for New Jersey (2-1) as the Nets handed Utah (4-1) their first loss of the year 96-89. Jason Kidd finished with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the Nets. Utah was paced by Carlos Boozer and Derek Fisher who both had 15 points.

Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming led the Houston Rockets (3-2) past the Milwaukee Bucks (2-3) 97-93. McGrady finished with 32 points and 6 rebounds while Yao had 23 points and 7 rebounds. Michael Redd led all scorers on the night with 34 points for the Bucks. The loss is the second in a row for Milwaukee.

San Antonio (4-1) had three players with over 20 points and the Spurs handed the struggling Phoenix Suns (1-4) another loss 111-106 in overtime. Fabricio Oberto had 22 points and 10 rebounds, Tim Duncan had 26 points and 14 rebounds and Tony Parker finished with 29 points and 6 assists for the Spurs. Steve Nash and Raja Bell each had 20 points for the Suns.

Jamal Crawford got a steal with 3.7 seconds left and then sank a three pointer to give the New York Knicks (2-3) a 109-107 victory over the winless Denver Nuggets (0-3). Jamal Crawford finished with 35 points 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the Knicks. Carmelo Anthony led all scores with 37 points for the Nuggets, he added 6 rebounds and 8 assists in the loss.

Zach Randolph led the Portland Trail Blazers (3-2) past the LA Lakers (4-2) 101-90. Randolph finished with 36 points and 10 rebounds to overcome a 32 point night from Kobe Bryant. Portland had 13 steals on the night and grabbed 8 more rebounds than the Lakers.

The Dallas Mavericks (0-4) remained winless on the year after falling to the LA Clippers (4-1) 103-85. Cuttino Mobley had a strong for the Clippers finishing with 28 points while Elton Brand had 13 points and 12 rebounds. Dirk Nowitzki struggled from the field shooting just 7-20 for 19 points.

Kevin Martin had 30 points and Kenny Thomas grabbed 15 rebounds as the Sacramento Kings (3-2) beat the Detroit Pistons (2-3) 99-86. Mike Bibby had 23 points and 7 rebounds in the win. Chauncey Billups led the Pistons with 25 points while Rasheed Wallace had 15 rebounds but was 0-9 shooting from the field
