New Jersey motorcyclist killed in chain reaction collision on Arkansas highway

A chain reaction traffic collision on I-40 just outside Little Rock, claimed the life of a New Jersey man and seriously injured two others.

Police said the accident took place around 5:30 Monday evening when a van caught fire in the left lane and caused traffic to come to a halt. This set off a chain of collisions involving three New Jersey men caravanning on motorcycles and another accident involving three semi-trucks.

The three New Jersey men, two brothers, George and Robert Falzarano, and Charles Dziedzc were in Arkansas after they embarked on a cross country trip on their motorcycles. The three men were rear-ended by Tahoe, whose driver, James Heron, was ejected when his vehicle rolled onto the median.

Dziedic was killed instantly and the Falzarano brothers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Dzeidic was the Deputy Director of the Chatham County Borough Department of Public Works in New Jersey.

There are a number of factors that can cause a traffic accident, including driver inattention or driving too fast. When a collision can be attributed to another driver’s negligence, the victims can hire an accident attorney to seek compensation on their behalf.

Since medical care is so costly, accident victims will quickly accumulate expensive bills. With the help of an accident lawyer these injury victims won’t have to pay these costs out of their own pockets. Hiring a skilled accident attorney will assure that injury victims get the maximum amount of compensation they deserve.
