Just in time for the holiday season, eBay will soon announced its top-rated seller status. eBay sellers who deliver the highest level of customer service, as rated by buyers, will be promoted for the first time ever with a special eBay Top-Rated Seller badge, it will then received deep discounts of 20 percent on their final value fees and be elevated on the search.
