Indianapolis, IN- An ex-employees of Royal Spa has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the company’s owner Bob Dapper, citing he was wrongfully fired after Dapper tangled himself in the employee’s swinging lifestyle.
Former Royal Spa executive, Kevin Roessler and his sexual harassment attorney filed a 10-page document, listing a number of salacious allegations against Dapper, who coerced Roessler to involve him in his swinging lifestyle.
After Dapper discovered Roessler’s lifestyle he requested to be invited to swinging events where couples share their sexual partners. Roessler insisted he didn’t want to mix his personal life with his job, but Dapper was very insistent.
Roessler stated that Dapper threatened to fire him if he was not invited to the events so Roessler relented.
Dapper then began to aggressively pursue Roessler’s wife and demanded he be present for Dapper’s scheduled sexual encounters one of which took place at Royal Spa. The lawsuit says “although these were consensual sexual encounters,” Roessler felt “he was being used as a ‘pimp’ to acquire sex for Dapper.”
Dapper’s advances towards Roessler’s wife became so aggressive that he once arrived at their house insisting she perform oral sex on him. After having a sexual encounter with Roessler’s wife, Dapper boasted to other Royal Spa employees about their relationship.
Roessler hired a sexual harassment lawyer and filed his suit after Dapper began boasting of a sexual encounter with a prospective Royal Spa client. Roessler complained about the Dapper’s behavior and was later fired.
Roessler’s sexual harassment attorney is seeking compensation for lost wages and benefits along with damages for discrimination, emotional distress, negligent supervision and defamation.
